The Bermuda Triangle
The Bermuda Triangle is a region in the western North Atlantic Ocean that is surrounded roughly by Miami, Bermuda, and Puerto Rico. It is well-known for being a location where ships and planes have vanished under unexplained circumstances. However, experts claim that the Bermuda Triangle has no special features and that any shipwrecks or disasters in the area were caused by normal causes such as severe weather, equipment malfunctions, and human error.
The home of the Milwaukee Deep which is the deepest part of the Atlantic Ocean, the Bermuda Triangle is a region in the western North Atlantic Ocean that is surrounded by roughly Miami in the US State of Florida, Puerto Rico and Bermuda. This region covers an area of approximately 1,294,994,055,168 Square Meters. Inexplicably, this area is known for having a bad reputation regarding the whereabouts of many ships and planes that have vanished here. Experts have said that the disappearances in the region isn’t any kind of supernatural feature and that the disasters here were mundanely caused by human error, equipment malfunctions and severe weather but not like that would stop people fantasying the “triangle’s” powers especially since it is also called the Devil’s Triangle. These strange occurrences were also noted over 5 centuries ago by colonialist Christopher Columbus whose story of discovering mainland America was made up by Washington Irving, famous for the Headless Horseman story (AKA the Legend of Sleepy Hollow). Related to this, the Bermuda Triangle is one of two area on our planet where magnetic compasses will suffer technical difficulties and won’t work properly. Eerie! It was featured as a warzone on earth in an episode of the British 1980s animated TV series Jimbo and the Jet Set.
