Miloje of Serbia

When Tobias of Austria declared war on him after the assassination of Franz Ferdinand in Sarajevo, Eduard of Russia declared war on Tobias of Austria as Miloje's ally. 

The death of Daddy Yugo took its toll on Miloje as he struggled to get the others to come back and stay with him, even if it meant wiping out entire ethnic populations in the process. The fruitless effort made  to prevent Marija of Kosovo from leaving resulted in him becoming blind in his right eye from the NATO Bombing of Yugoslavia. His eye patch now covers that eye.
