Pearl Harbour Attacks (7 Dec 1941)

7th December 1941 will go down in American history as a day of infamy when Japan bombed Pearl Harbour, the US Navy base in Honolulu, Hawaii. It was a surprise attack which saw the deaths of 68 people as well as the hospitalization of 35 wounded. This devastating event brought the United States into the war on the Allied side. Japan would get their comeuppance 4 years later with the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
