Emu War (1932)

Yes, this was an actual conflict Australia had! Due to the Great Depression, wheat crop growing was encouraged in Australia but this wasn't any help to Austalian farmers which lead to emus attacking the crops. This resulted in what is now known as the Emu War which lasted from 2 November to 10 December 1932. However, the emus "won" as they dodged much of the Australian army's weapons.
