What you are witnessing is a Ghanaian tradition. In Ghana, pallbearers and undertakers will ask the deceased loved ones' family if they want their loved one to have a traditional funeral or a "dancing trip to Heaven" which involve the pallbearers dancing in stylish attire at a usually solemn service.
